    救出被困女孩后，陈先生急匆匆赶往顾客家里，结果还是迟到了近一个小时。陈先生向顾客解释迟到原因，但顾客依然很生气并辱骂他说，“关你什么事”“你长这么丑就不像是个做好事的人”，还打电话给陈先生公司的客服，对陈先生的服务给了差评。

    公司方面非常理解并支持陈先生的做法，并在事后多次致电那位顾客，安抚他的情绪。公司认为，顾客给差评肯定是不好的，但就这事而言，陈先生见义勇为行为值得鼓励，公司还要给予奖励。这件事在网上引起了热议。
